Support your body's natural healing with Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT). During treatment, you relax in a pressurized chamber while breathing concentrated oxygen, allowing increased oxygen delivery throughout the body. HBOT is designed to support recovery, promote tissue health, enhance circulation, and assist the body's natural healing processes.
Every treatment begins with a consultation to review your health history, discuss your wellness goals, and determine whether Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy is appropriate for your individual needs.
Before Your Session:
- Arrive well hydrated.
- Wear comfortable clothing. You may be asked to change into provided cotton garments for safety.
- Avoid wearing perfumes, lotions, oils, makeup, hairspray, or other petroleum-based products before your session.
- Inform our staff of any medical conditions, recent illnesses, ear or sinus congestion, implanted medical devices, or recent procedures.
- Bring a list of your current medications and supplements, and be prepared to discuss your health history and treatment goals.
During Your Session:
Your provider will review your health information and answer any questions before treatment begins. Once inside the hyperbaric chamber, the pressure will gradually increase while you breathe concentrated oxygen. You may notice a feeling of fullness in your ears similar to changes experienced during air travel, and our staff will guide you through simple techniques to equalize the pressure. Most sessions last between 60 and 90 minutes, during which you can relax comfortably while your body receives increased oxygen to support healing and recovery.
